With over a decade of experience in real estate, I have built a career rooted in sales, marketing, and leadership within the homebuilding industry. I have served as a Director of Sales & Marketing for multiple homebuilders across Virginia, where I successfully trained and mentored high-performing sales teams, developed strategic marketing campaigns, and helped launch communities that thrived in competitive markets. In North Carolina, I worked in sales and was a managing partner of sales, giving me firsthand experience in driving revenue growth and leading teams to success from the ground up.
In addition to coaching, I am an actively producing agent who understands what it takes to succeed in today’s real estate landscape. My dedication and expertise placed me among the top 7% of agents in the Richmond, VA market last year—out of more than 7,000 agents. I bring that same level of excellence to my coaching, equipping agents with the tools, strategies, and confidence they need to grow their businesses and achieve their goals.
Beyond real estate, I’m a wife, mom, and a dedicated dog lover who volunteers with a local dog rescue. I know firsthand the importance of balancing business and life, and I’m passionate about helping agents build successful careers without sacrificing what matters most.
